2024 GOOD WORKS
The Brick Companies' commitment to giving back is reflected through the TBC Foundation, Environmental Stewardship, and Community Connection. These initiatives embody our dedication to caring for the environment and supporting the communities where we live and work.
PRIORITIZING OUR GOOD WORKS

EMPLOYEE MATCHING PROGRAM
The Brick Companies is proud to support our employees' philanthropic efforts through our matching program. Although no employees have utilized the program in 2024 so far, TBC has contributed $2,000 to support charitable initiatives through Employee Directed Giving.
GivHero
Our GivHero program combines two priorities important to the company: wellness and giving back. We recognize that healthy employees are the key to a healthy workplace and successful business. Our partnership with GivHero motivates our employees to get moving while giving back to the community. It is simple. Employees download the app and log their steps. If they reach the company’s goal, $1 is donated to their chosen charity. Through this program in 2024, we have donated $4,309 to 7 different local charities, and our 18 heroes (employees) have logged 38,575,000 steps.
The Foundation set on a quest in 2024 to raise $69,000 via our major event fundraisers, all in a bid to back charitable organizations that share our vision within the community.
